On paper you would say I facilitate leadership training and breathwork. In essence I’ll take you along on my journey to live more authentically and more truthful. To meet yourself and others on a deeper level. While you need courage to do this, you’ll mostly likely find that a new strength and aliveness will rise from within.

I served as an officer for the Royal Dutch Army for sixteen years. At the frontline I experienced what it meant to synchronise body, mind and spirit for optimal performance. Under these extreme conditions I learned to lead from a deeper place. Cultivating trust because our lives depended on it. Leading with clarity, openness and vision.

Today I bring these experiences together in my in company immersions, retreats and 1:1 mentorship programs.

About me

16 years - officer Dutch Army
For 16 years I have been leading men under extreme conditions. With the air assault brigade I executed combat operations in Afghanistan. In Mali I lead Long Range intel operations and managed relationships with local tribal chiefs.

After I have been working with the breath to integrate my experiences from my missions I decided to get certified as a breathcoach. I have been trained in several styles of breathwork, I’m a certified Wim Hof instructeur and I continuously develop my knowledge in this field.
Intervention consultant for companies
The art of intervention consultancy is to find what is alive in the undercurrent in every organisation. Why don't we do what we say that we do? The answers to this can be found in the irrational domain of every organisation. It is up to the leaders to go there and ask the difficult and sometimes unpopulair questions. To become a more conscious leader I followed an intense program with Eric Koenen en Jacqueline Willeboordse to deepen my understanding in these patterns.
